Hello Jan. Many thanks for all the work you have put on the public domain to inspire.. I would like to try pira 5w pll. I can not source BF240 locally. Will BF199 or BF494 work or could you suggest a substitute. Thanks & Regards. Hill.

Looks like the PCB uses through-hole parts. I did a little bit of research on it and it turns out that its schematics and pics for PCB layouts are also easily available. I think it would be a good project to try to make this PCB and assemble it. Whoever designed this for the first time and made it available online, is a great person. @tonkostz: Did you get the PCB and did you get it assembled?

u can't imagine the dilemma I m in... I had made a xtal controlled tx, which eventually didn't work, and I couldn't troubleshoot.
so I changed the design and have now adopted this pll ckt. now all hopes are pinned on this circuit. hope it works.
this tx fm fuciona the hex code where I want to ride this low tx

I have made some modification with your old 1W PLL transmitter and 5W PLL transmitter. I have put them together, and made a new PCB. So if you are intrested so can I send you this in a Gerber format.

I. tried a lot to find it, but couldn't.  I guess the shipping charges on online buying from microchip will render the overall price of the mcu unwarranted.
I wanted to know if the code written for pic16f627a is compatible with pic16f628a with minor modification or not. and if yes, which modification.

Hello Jan,

I could not get pic16f627a in the market.
 a friend of mine gave me pic16f628a instead.
apparently, as i could see from internet, these two differ inly in their ROM size, or might be very different, i dnt kniw.
I want you to please help me with this... will the asm file work for the 628a version by just including the header file of 628a?

furthermore, do the transmitter performance characteristics allow a tolerance of 10% for the components?
