They states in the Rivendell documentation that the UDP method "has been deprecated in favor of the Rivendell Loadable Modules (RLMs), a far more powerful method that involves the use of plugin code modules. RLM is the only method that is documented"

There's at least the file write option available for Rivendell. The text file can be processed by the Magic RDS control software and its External Text tool feature.

I have received a P132 encoder from my boss to accomplish getting metadata to vehicle receivers, as this particular station is an alternative format with many new/unheard songs. I seem to have hit a wall. I'm trying to get the RDS Encoder to read the Metadata off of the IP address that the Rivendell sends to with no luck. I use Natural Music Scheduler and Rivendell automation. I would like to see if anyone has had this configuration run successfully. Anyone know what I need to do?

Thanks in advance!
