External Text Sources, Radiotext 1, Encoding Method

Hello,

I'm using Magic RDS 3.7i

I have Radiotext 1 working, some external text sources are enabled, and sent on change.

The Encoding method gives me a choice of:


* RT1= (default)
* UECP MEC 0A
* TEXT=
Due to a strange mixture of infrastructure, I would like to know how to add a new Encoding method, please.

For example, could I define additional Encoding methods of:


* null (sends the Radio Text without 'RT1=' or 'TEXT=' at the start - only the Radiotext 1 data)
* special.string (sends special.string Radiotext 1 data) ?
I think I read that this could be possible after bi-directional communication is established with the RDS Encoder - however unfortunately I am only able to achieve unidirectional due to crazy old infrastructure.
