Here's how to configure the BSI Simian in order to send basic RT and RT+ data to our RDS encoders which support X-Command

On the RDS encoder, configure an Ethernet port (TCP protocol, encoder is a server). The IP address and TCP port may differ from the picture below.
Alternatively, you may use the Magic RDS 4 and the feature called virtual ports/bridges.
Stop the Simian playback, go to Tools - Program Options - Metadata
Download the X-Command template below, save to your disk and fill the path to the file in the Template File Name box
Fill the TCP connection parameters according to step 1. The IP address is address of the encoder or 127.0.0.1 if the Magic RDS 4 is used

Successfully tested with Simian 2.3.4.
