Connection reset by peer at first write

Hi everybody.
I have a strange error using Piracom. At the very first write form my client to Piracom server I got this error: "connection reset by peer", after this, the next writes well works. I found this problem in some system with Win10 when I tried to share a serial printer thorugh TCP.

Do you know what can be?
